The SIGNAL Business Improvement Programme assists local SMEs to face and deal with the challenges of moving their business forward in today’s ongoing difficult climate. Its hand-on approach is tailored to each participating company’s need and each participant is able to work on his or her own issues while learning and sharing with others on the programme.
Will McKee visited SIGNAL to help get the new programme underway and provided inspiration and motivation to all who attended. The evening was an interactive one with Will sharing his insights on leadership and participants found him to be an inspiring and engaging speaker. Best practice approaches were shared using real-life examples and challenges and by the end of the evening everyone went away with a renewed sense of what it is going to take to attain their personal and corporate success.
