SIGNAL, conceived by North Down Borough Council in partnership with the local business community to support and encourage Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SME's) achieve sustained growth, offers a 'one stop' gateway whether you are looking for business advice or flexible meeting space.
In 2006 SIGNAL was awarded Centre of Excellence status by the government-led Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative (SFEDI), in recognition of the commendable work undertaken with SMEs over a number of years!
The SIGNAL Centre is the first small business support facility in Northern Ireland to be formally accredited as a Centre of Excellence.
To encourage economic growth of the Borough SIGNAL works in close partnership with its partners, the local enterprise agency, North Down Development Organisation (NDDO), South Eastern Regional College(SERC) and Bangor & Holywood Town Centre Management as well as the local Chambers of Commerce.
